Order Processing
We’re quick off the mark! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges
Not completely stoked with your gear? No worries! Our return policy is as smooth as a well-waxed board.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging (like you’d expect when demoing a new board).
How to Return Your Gear
- Contact Our Crew within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions (faster than most offshore winds!).
- Pack It Up – Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (treat it like your favorite board).
- Ship It Back – Send to our HQ at:

Important:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- For international returns, mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Non-Returnable Items (Watch the Reef!)
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Surfboard Traction Pads (once installed, they’re like wax – they don’t come off clean)
- Used or installed Surfboard Fins (they show wear patterns like your favorite board)
Refund Details
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The money tide comes back in through:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size or color? Follow the return process above but include your exchange request in your initial email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return (no additional shipping charge if it’s the same value).
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “paddle out!” and cover return shipping.
