Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging. Think of it like demoing a board – you can’t return it if you’ve put serious dings in it!

How to Ride the Return Wave (Step-by-Step Process)

  1. Contact Our Crew within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions (faster than most offshore winds!).
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging (like you’d protect your favorite board).
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our headquarters at:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  5. Get Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items (Watch Out for These Reefs!)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Surfboard Traction Pads (once installed, they’re like wax – they don’t come off clean)
  • Used or installed Surfboard Fins (they show wear patterns like your favorite board)

Refund Details (When the Money Tide Comes Back In)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Requests (Swapping Your Ride)

Want a different size or color? No problem! Follow the same return process above, but include your exchange request in your initial email. We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return (no additional shipping charge if it’s the same value).

Damaged or Wrong Items? (We’ll Make It Right)

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than you can say “paddle out!” and cover return shipping.

For our international riders (except Asia and a few remote areas):

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
